So here is my first official blog post.  I've been saying I was going to start blogging for a long time now, so I decided it was finally time to do it.  First let's start with a little bit about me.  I'm a 36 year old mother of two.  I have an 11 year old son (almost 12) and a 7 year old daughter.  I also have a full time job as a project manager for a software development company.  I have a wonderful family that I don't get to see nearly enough, and I have the best, craziest friends in the world.  Life is never boring.  You'll have to forgive my indulgence of some "flashbacks" on here every now and then, but I have some fantasic stories that just need to be told.  People have told me I should write a book of all of my "adventures", but I'm not much of a writer so this blog will have to do.  I hope a few people read this and get a few laughs.  Laugther really does heal the soul and who couldn't use a little soul healing?
