One of my favorite things to do is people watch. Last weekend, my friend Ashley wanted to have a girls night out. So we headed to a local bar on Saturday night. Bars are a great place to people watch and this particular bar on this particular night did not disappoint.
We had been there for maybe 10 minutes when in she walks. Now, I know I am not supposed to make fun of people but sometimes I just can't help it. She was maybe 4 feet tall and had hair down to her ankles. I'm not kidding. Ashley and I immediately started betting each other how long it would be before she got tangled up in her hair and fell down. That didn't actually happen, but she did have some interesting dance moves.
Then there was the guy who had to be gay that was dancing up a storm. I say he had to be gay because no straight man moves like that. He floated across the floor with his toes perfectly pointed and his head was oh-so-gracefully tilted. He provided much entertainment.
There was also a man there that had to be a male stripper. There is no other explanation for the way he moved his hips. We both sat there with our mouths open everytime he....gyrated. There's really no other word for what he did.
And, last but not least, there was granny in her red sequined tank top. Oh yes, red sequined. Enough said.
I'm sure I provided some other people watchers with some entertainment during the night, especially since I have mad dancing skills, so I don't feel too badly about talking about these people. I will admit that I was highly disappointed that the little person I saw in that same bar once before wasn't there trying to "get low" this time. Maybe next time....
